Engineering Manager
About the Role
We need an Engineering Manager who is still technical enough to smell smoke in a PR but knows their job is people, not code. You will support a squad of 6-8 engineers, ensuring they have clear goals, unblocked paths, and continuous feedback. You won't be micromanaging tickets; you will be building the machine that builds the product. This role requires high emotional intelligence and the courage to have difficult conversations.
